VIOTAS Gender Pay Gap Report

VIOTAS’ 2025 Gender Pay Gap report (snapshot date 16 June 2025) sets out our legally required disclosure under Ireland’s Gender Pay Gap Information Act, covering full-time, part-time and fixed-term employees (63 men; 14 women).

The report stresses this gap does not reflect unequal pay for equal work. Instead, it arises from role and seniority distribution – with more men in higher-paid technical and leadership roles and more women in lower quartiles—consistent with the sector’s talent pipeline.

To address representation, VIOTAS is advancing actions including mentoring and leadership development, inclusive recruitment, flexible working, and targeted partnerships and monitoring to support progression and build a diverse pipeline.
