Stephen Brewer Joins Board of Advisors
We are excited to welcome Stephen Brewer to the VIOTAS (Formerly Electricity Exchange) Board of Advisors. Stephen has built his career on delivering growth, innovation, and transformational change. His initial success was establishing Apple Computer in the UK where he served on the Board. Moving to the mobile phone network industry, he joined Telefonica and later Orange France, before moving to Ireland as CEO of the then Eircell. He introduced the first prepay phone service in Europe, Ready to Go, and later led the sale of the operator to Vodafone whom he joined to head up the UK business.
Following this he moved to the Caribbean with Digicel before finally returning to Ireland 4 years ago where he currently holds various executive roles.
Announcing his appointment, CEO Paddy Finn commented: “Stephen’s experience will support our expansion into fresh markets, by helping Electricity Exchange to transform how people use energy, just as he has influenced the transformation of the communications market.”
